Situated along the shoreline of Flagler Beach, this stunning three-story beachfront home provided an exceptional setting for a high-end renovation. The homeowners had met with several companies before choosing Crest Residential Construction, coming to us with a clear vision for a serene, spa-inspired bathroom that reflected the tranquility of the ocean just beyond their windows. From the moment we stepped inside, it was an honor to be entrusted with such an extraordinary residence, and we deeply appreciate the trust our clients placed in our team.
The original bathroom featured dark wood trim, heavy cabinetry, and an outdated built-in platform tub that limited both visual flow and natural light. Our goal was to completely reimagine the room and elevate it into a calm, refined retreat consistent with the home’s coastal setting. To achieve this, we removed the platform tub and installed a modern standalone soaking tub, thoughtfully centered in the space to take full advantage of the sweeping ocean views. This instantly became the focal point of the room, enhancing both the architecture and the spa-like ambiance the clients desired.
We replaced the dark finishes with light wood–stained shaker cabinetry, designed with integrated drawer outlets to maintain a clean, streamlined aesthetic. Polished nickel Moen plumbing fixtures were selected for their timeless elegance and coastal-inspired sheen. To create a seamless, high-end environment, we installed polished 24×48″ Statik Blend tile, minimizing grout lines and establishing a smooth, uninterrupted visual surface. All trim and doors were updated to a crisp white, dramatically brightening the room and completing the transformation into an airy, sophisticated retreat.
In a home of this caliber, maintaining a pristine environment during construction is essential. We implemented comprehensive home protection measures to keep the remainder of the residence dust-free and undisturbed. This included barrier systems, floor coverings, controlled demolition practices, and daily housekeeping. Our team is meticulous about ensuring the client’s home remains clean, safe, and respected throughout every phase of the project—an important part of the luxury experience we deliver.
