Sean McDowell

As a young boy, my desire to build manifested in the form of the only three-story tree fort in the neighborhood. In 2000, I began my career as a carpenter with a local framing company. My journey took a significant turn in 2001 when I served in the Navy Seabees (Naval Mobile Construction Battalion).

Post-service, I returned to carpentry while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology. Armed with my degree, I decided to stay in residential construction, where my true passion for building homes flourished. In 2015, I established Crest Residential Construction, Inc., offering comprehensive remodeling services, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full-service renovations.

Driven by my ultimate dream of building homes, I achieved my State Certified Building Contractor’s License in 2022. I believe growth happens at the edge of comfort zones. Challenging myself through running and personal development is central to who I am. That same drive fuels every project I take on, pushing boundaries to deliver exceptional results. This commitment has earned us a 5-STAR average on Google reviews, thanks to systems focused on honest, consistent communication and delivering exactly what clients desire.
