Crest is an awesome contractor. We had board and batton installed over the stucco in our Lanai. We are very particular, know what we want, and know if it is done properly. Sean listened to what we wanted, priced the job fairly, and performed the task very professionally. They were on site when scheduled, protected the work area, and did a great job cleaning up daily. We will absolutely be calling Crest again for our future jobs.

Crest construction is a very reliable construction company, with a fair price. They used on my deck, the highest quality of materials, cleaned up after every day cleaned up after the job, showed up when they said they were going to show up and got the job done in a timely matter. I will definitely will use them on my next job for my house.

I am impressed with Crest Residential – they are very professional and highly skilled carpenters/construction specialists. Sean provided a detailed estimate for the finished carpentry project, which included building a wine cabinet and installing crown molding and shelving. The final completion was exactly what I wanted. Sean, and his crew are the Best! Whenever I need something done, I call Crest Residential Construction. From rough framing, all the way to working inside my home installing the finish products. I have had LVP flooring, Tongue & Groove ceilings, finish trim work, shiplap walls, installing doors and windows and much much more.

Well I can’t say enough about this Company. They came to my rescue. I had bought a 72” x 36” all mirror medicine cabinet. I could not find anyone to put it up because they worked solo. I called Sean and he and his crew put it up for me in an hour. I also asked if he could hang up a Murano glass chandelier for me on a 40’ ceiling. Not only did they hang it up for me but also put the chandelier together which was at least 60 pcs of fragile glass. These guys are experienced, professional and great to get along with!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Sean is a craftsman. The work that he did for our Florida condo was so outstanding (flooring, tile work, finish carpentry including design) that when I needed work done in my Georgia home, 400 miles away, I wanted him to come do it, so he and his guys demoed a master bath and put it back together, doing a masterful job. He is meticulous and will accept only what’s his best effort.

I totally recommend Sean for any and all remodel projects!!! He helped me with a complete kitchen demo and rebuild from the floor up!!! He was there when he said he would be and the job turned out beautiful and was finished sooner than expected!! It was a pleasure working with him and i would use him again.

We can’t say enough great things about Crest Residential and Sean. We have known Sean for many years and consider him a true friend. He has worked on many of our home and condo projects. He is courteous, professional and a true craftsman!!

Sean has done trim work, framing out all of our windows and French doors.
Sean built our outdoor shower, and most recently did glass tile backsplash in our new kitchen. He also did the demo of our old bar and backsplash, moved the outlets, unhooked and hooked up our sink, did everything we needed! Sean is a perfectionist, the experience he has shows in his attention to detail in every facet of his work. We are getting ready hire Sean again for our current project, adding a covered front porch to our home.
